It is absolutely imparitive that you understand what it means to live the monastic lifestyle. Then, you must complete the application process, and pay the application fees. Below you will find a list of items you will need to complete and return before you will be allowed to take up residency, or be enrolled in the discipleship programme.

  • Letter of Intent & Personal Goals
  • Health Report
  • Health Insurance Waiver
  • Background Check
  • Legal History Form
  • Waiver of Liability
  • Parental Letter of Support (when applicable)
  • Pastoral Letter of Support (when applicable)
  • Signed Statement indicating your understanding of monastic living.
  • At Least One from the following:
    • Friend Reference Form
    • Teacher Reference Form
    • Employer Reference Form

Lastly:
